Birding in Orange County : Laguna Niguel Regional Park 23.12.15

What can I possibly do with this 1 hour to spare....? Birding at the Laguna Niguel Regional Park of course! This park is a real birding hotspot in Orange County, and it is personally one of my favorite places.

I did not have time to do the tour of the lake but each part of the park has many treasures to find. I stayed around the park's main entrance and I still had some incredible sightings in just an hour. The highlight was the successful hunt of a Sharp-shinned Hawk.
