There is probably at least one Common Coot (Fulica atra) on every single water plan of Switzerland :) Their name is really appropriate! I am always amazed by the courage of these birds. They clearly do not mind if the threat is bigger than them. Even Mute Swans get to see who is the boss sometimes!
