Little Grebe (Tachybaptus ruficollis) in Geneva, Switzerland. March 2016. Not baited. Not called in.

A Little Grebe (Tachybaptus ruficollis) on Lake Geneva with a nice morning light. The Little Grebe is the smallest species of grebes in Europe. It is less than 30cm in length. You can see it here in its beautiful breeding plumage.
