Spanish Sparrow (Passer hispaniolensis) in Malta. April 2016. Not baited. Not called in.

This is a male Spanish Sparrow (Passer hispaniolensis) on the wall of the Red Tower. Spanish Sparrows are everywhere on the island, I assume it is the most common species.
