Very similar to the Rock Dove, the Stock Dove (Columba oenas) has a distinctive black eye.

It is much more rare in Geneva area, which makes every sighting pretty special. In the same period 2008-2012, Vogelwarte has estimated the population of Stock Doves being about 1500-2500 couples in Switzerland, compared to 20000-40000 couples of Rock Doves.
